    It’s a good computer but when I play sims 4 it lags and closes out the whole game so I can’t even play anything on here

    Bought a HP laptop that Had issues, not working, so I called Best Buy & made apointment. Brought my laptop on time 10:40, it took 2 geeks an hour & 1/2 to get it working. I wanted to return it, thisnew laptop & was told I can't return it at BB, I have to call a # for return info. BB charged me $50 for Geek squad fee I wasn' told that when I made apointment. I'm soooo disapointed in Best Buy!
