I was able to get it and test it for a couple days. I will say that it took almost 2 weeks of constant fiddling with it for it to complete all the updates, get signed into all of the accounts that were important, and get it up and running. I originally got this computer for my son, unfortunately he isn't able to use it because it is not a touch screen, And for some of his school projects, it's much easier with a touch screen. I honestly didn't know they made laptops that are not touch screen...but I found it!! When he does use it, He's having a lot of issues using it. I honestly would return it if I could. It's pretty slow, and every update takes multiple hours. Other than that, it's a really beautiful white color, it does everything you need and HP to do. And it's the perfect size to work with or travel with. If you are looking for a cheap computer that will do the bare minimum, this is the one.

Its been so slow as well. I thought it might be my internet connection, but my 9 year old laptop had no issue when I tested that one out.
