Bought it brand new, opened it fresh from the box and slowest computer I have ever used. Took almost 4 minutes to load just the web browser, and the first 3 times I tried logging in from the computer account login page, it said it could not load my profile. Extremely slow, poor quality and even feels cheap when you type, Do not buy.

I was told by the salespeople not to buy this computer because it was "cheap". Well, this computer has been better than my Mac and my expensive Dell. I bought it about 3 months ago. It is lightweight, fast, durable. I need to get a SD card or an external drive to add more memory. But this is an awesome computer. Bought 2 more for my staff. I want to buy the White one as well.

Absolutely horrible laptop extremely slow on everything.

Tried opening the Internet browser says its not responding. I turn it off and back on same thing. Try opening up task manager says it's using 70% of the cpu just to have that open. Can only use the calculator and calendar app. This computer should not even be allowed to be purchased.

I’ve owned this laptop for a couple of years now and uae it daily for school and other activities daily. The storage is great, the screen is clear, It’s perfect for what I need it for. Sometimes I use the HDMI port to plug it into my TV to make my screen larger while watching YouTube and such. Definitely recommend this laptop!

Wouldnt load full pages in the first day. Tried to update it and that took so long I had to give up and just return it. I dont care how cheap it is, it should still work on the firsr day. It also felt cheap. This is a lesson to not buy a computer based on looks.

Struggles staying connected to internet. Slow loading webpages.

literally didnt even have it for a whole 24 hours. It started glitching in the set up process. Then just fully stopped responding to the touch pad. Save your money do NOT buy this

It just took 17 minutes for the login screen to load.

If you looking for a decent laptop that gets the job done nothing more nothing less then it's good

Very good price for a home use laptop. Works right out of the box affordable and no speed issues for using office products or casual browsing. Definitely not a professional programmer or gaming system but if you are looking for an affordable home or school use laptop you won’t be disappointed.

it can do your usall stuff but it has less storage and only 4ram but its still fine overall

The worst computer I’ve ever used. It takes a year to connect to a website, if it even does…. I usually get the popup that says “this page is not responding.” I’m now stuck with this piece of crap because Best Buy only allows 14 day returns. Very very frustrated

The laptop is great for the price. I really like the rose gold color. It gets the work i need done. I use mainly for school and work.

Sucks!!! It has from the first day i got it, but i delt with it because of classes and now half the keys stopped working my mouse one side is stuck and the screen is messed up.

won't let you change browser from microsoft. s mode?? can't open more than 1 window at a time. password saver has glitches.

Products is not working properly and I try to return it did not make it on the time of the policy which was hiding in very small detail.

Nothing on this computer will load, and it runs so slow.
