This is the worst computer I have ever used. Half of the time it is so slow I can’t even use it. I have attempted on multiple different internet connections and it either won’t respond, or it is so slow it takes at least twice the normal amount of time a normal computer would use. I have never been so disappointed using a computer in my life.

Struggles staying connected to internet. Slow loading webpages.

Wouldnt load full pages in the first day. Tried to update it and that took so long I had to give up and just return it. I dont care how cheap it is, it should still work on the firsr day. It also felt cheap. This is a lesson to not buy a computer based on looks.

Painfully slow. Literally just right clicking makes it freeze up.

The laptop is very awesome & touch screen now i can do my business

It does everything i needed it for with decent speed

Takes five minutes to open a edge browser, locks up constantly. My 5yr old cellphone is quicker. Bought for my kids and didnt realize it was this bad until i needed to use it.

Very good price for a home use laptop. Works right out of the box affordable and no speed issues for using office products or casual browsing. Definitely not a professional programmer or gaming system but if you are looking for an affordable home or school use laptop you won’t be disappointed.

I got this laptop last year for my birthday (rn it’s a year later) and it is one of the worst laptops yet.. It’s slow basically just worthless even chrome takes forever to load or just downloading something.

The worst computer I’ve ever used. It takes a year to connect to a website, if it even does…. I usually get the popup that says “this page is not responding.” I’m now stuck with this piece of crap because Best Buy only allows 14 day returns. Very very frustrated

Sucks!!! It has from the first day i got it, but i delt with it because of classes and now half the keys stopped working my mouse one side is stuck and the screen is messed up.

very very very very slow. it was returned. I didn't think computers were slow any more with all the new technology but I was proved wrong.

Computer was fast for about a week, after that it’s really slow doesn’t let me download the applications I need due to “Unsafe applications”. I’ve downloaded the same app’s on my Dell Laptop with zero issues.

I get it and upgrade everything and the whole time the keyboard doesn't work at all so, I'm thinking its the drivers and it wasn't

I just bought this laptop for my mom and the video picture whenever zoom or any other video app is being used is shaking, jumping and staticky! Will be returning.
