Not working the way I hoped. I had HP before and it would work great.

Its ok It gets the job done for my college classes.

Works pretty well except for a few glitches here and there

The computer doesn’t turn on all the time. I have to change the code to get into it at least once a week. The internet is always in not responding mode. I think a new computer would have been a better choice but I needed one just to get me by.

This laptop worked for less than 48 hours. Extremely slow and glitchy. I couldn’t even turn it off. Disappointing but for the price, I shouldn’t be surprised.

Nice computer for the price and it does what I need

This little laptop is just perfect for the light use I wanted it for. Basic internet searching, e-mail, and running my Cricut Design Space App. I can even stream movies no problem. There isn't much room on the hard drive so I purchased an inexpensive sd card and use that as my storage.

I was looking for an entry level pc for my daughter and I let her select a laptop. She selected this one because it's size was similar to her chromebook and she didn't want a touch screen. Unfortunately, this laptop has a celeron processor that does work properly when it heats up. It will freeze up the task bar, disable the functionality of some of the buttons. Worst thing, it may not allow you to sign into your account. We have best buy's total care, we took it to their Geek Squad twice, the issues persisted, and their final word was it's a low-grade computer and processor, so you should expect these kinds of problems.

Super slow, I’ve used it twice for no more than 10 mins each & it died when I tried to turn it on the third time. Now I know why it has such a s return window. Might as well had bought a $800 computer.

BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT BUY THIS CRAPTOP ITS SO SLOW IT BELONGS IN THE 90s AND WONT LET YOU DOWNLOAD ANY BROWSER BESIDES MICROSOFT EDGE - THE TIME DOESNT EVEN AUTO SYNCH. I REPEAT, WASTE OF MONEY

I thought I ordered a touch screen. The open box stated it was in excellent condition, but it had a dent in it and the computer wasn’t sweep. Someone else email kept coming up.. No I was not pleased with the purchase.

I have owned a lot of various sized and powerful laptops and HP has always been a dependable brand both due to reliable machines and reputation and quality of their designs. This laptop is no different and is smaller scale 14 inch screen sized packs a nice little punch when it comes to smaller sized laptops with minimal memory and storage. This computer comes pre loaded with the latest Windows OS and is a nice design comparable to other HP laptops. With these machines you have to know what your purpose is since this is comparable to a Chromebook, less storage space packing 64GB and is a computer designed to be an internet device mostly, good for students or a professional that wants a smaller machine they can easily stick in their back and maybe use as a second laptop. Its very lightweight and the graphics are great for a machine this size. I like the fact its easy to carry and for the price point you would pay for these machines, its worth it and is easy to set up and use out of the box. In all not a bad laptop.

My son haven’t even got to use his computer since he got it. It’s been in the box since Christmas because this laptop moved sooooo slow and sucks BAD

it's an alright laptop my system keeps having problem keeping the time and date where it goes back 2 to 3 days change it then 2 and half hours later time goes back to when I first got one the computer
