Bought a HP laptop that Had issues, not working, so I called Best Buy & made apointment. Brought my laptop on time 10:40, it took 2 geeks an hour & 1/2 to get it working. I wanted to return it, thisnew laptop & was told I can't return it at BB, I have to call a # for return info. BB charged me $50 for Geek squad fee I wasn' told that when I made apointment. I'm soooo disapointed in Best Buy!

This computer is awful. It is so slow that it’s like a computer from the late 80s.

Ridiculously slow speed. I purchased this laptop only because I am unable to edit my website from a mobile device. I use my iPad for everything else. This laptop is not even good for that! Unless you are looking for something with a vintage vibe, taking you back to AOL dialup days, do not bother with this laptop.

Bought graduation gift for nephew. The blue laptop looks so good. He loved it. My boyfriend bought my the snowflake white one and I love it. So I knew this was a great buy for him since he is starting college. It was easy to zoom call easy, check emails, do my taxes, do my school work and print all my stuff.

Slow!!! Freezes up! Not made for a college kid. Desktop freezes after setup, it sucks.

Not enough memory to handle all the pre loaded junkware and background processes, let alone being able to browse through web pages. Dont recommend for any use or any reason

I feel it is slow but it could just be my Internet. I like the size of it. It's easy to handle.

This is a basic computer that serves its purpose of general surfing, creating docs, and email. The construction of the laptop is not very sturdy but still looks nice. Great price point.

Wanted a simple inexpensive laptop just to fill out my pdf time sheet every week but it can’t even do that. 5 days past the return date and the WiFi no longer works computer has been reset to factory 3 times and still keeps crashing. This laptop has less computing power than an old white dog poo in the yard

I bought this computer for my mom who is elderly an only uses it for zoom and Facebook lol but I bought it at end of June to give to her on her birthday an at first was great but now the screen went black an just flashes every once in awhile , it’s of course a little bit past the 15 day return time , obviously defective but looking at reviews I see others had same issue. I hope they will exchange or something because I didn’t have 200 dollars to just throw away . I mean come on it has not even been a month since bought it .

Laptop is super slow and I haven’t installed any apps. Even with good wifi it can barely load the pages

With technology being outdated the day you buy it, this is a perfect price point for a new laptop for various business items every two years, the wife likes it!

So I bought this computer to do some basic things and I can’t even power it on without the system locking up or freezing. I think iv used this device 2 times since iv bought it bc it simply does. It work properly. Honestly the biggest waste of 200$ I ever spent.
