Purchase 2 of these laptop for my twin nieces who left for college and both have have said it works great does more than enough for school work and for free time on the web. I was worried about memory storage but they have informed me it hasn’t beed an issue. I did also purchase it for a GREAT price it was on sale, so with that being said I’m happy with my purchase.

Works well for a 14 year old to do Information Technology aa well as research for school assignments. Will update further in a few months.

It a ok for basic use , but usage is sluggish. Not something I would buy again.

Super slow. Couldn't do anything. My child couldn't use it.

Although it was certified by Best Buy I wish I didn’t buy it. Computer constantly cuts off while I’m working on it. I bought it on the 2 of August haven’t had a chance to open and set it up until today which is the 21st of August and what I can’t return it. My 1st of using it and it shuts off every 10/15 minutes. Throughly disappointed.

I would give it 0 stars if I had the option. This is the worst laptop I ever had. Can’t event open up a web browser or even so much as an app. Internet connection was the worst

Laptop sucks. Bought it for Work could not get it to connect to Wi-Fi in three different locations. Did not know that it’s 15 days to return it. Everybody else is 30. Plus, I work out of town and it’s secluded area where I am nowhere around any type of stores.

Slowest thing i have ever bought had to return sadly

Not what I expected. I needed a laptop as a backup to my Apple MacBook Pro. I figured, hey this should work for Word, email, cerfing. Probably, but I'm so used to the intuitive Apple that six steps to do one thing made me crazy. And way too much learning curve to "just simply" click or move or touch etc for me. Plusses: It seems faster than I was told it would be (but then again, it's brand new) and battery seemed to last ... good screen and brightness.

I'm still not certain if I will keep this computer. It's Internet speed is not as good as it could be and it's hard to update it and that's even hard. I don't know if it's the computer or my apartment. My other computers could handle my Internet, so I am guessing it's this computer.

Did not like this particular laptop. It is too heavy. I returned it for MS Surface laptop.

Love it. Great picture not too small of a screen perfect for school

Very slow and crashes a lot. A waste of money and I would not recommend.

Godawful performance. Can’t even sit in Discord calls. Barely able to browse the internet.

Literally the slowest computer I've ever been on. Every single task you try to perform on this computer experiences a major lag. I'm shocked that a brand new computer could be so slow. Returned after 2 days...save your time and spend the few extra bucks for a better model.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. It never worked. I reset it twice, thinking it started with a bug/ malware, because is was unbearably slow. It’s slower than my desktop of over 10 years ago, and that desktop is at the brim with its memory filled. Every time I checked the storage it claimed it was at full capacity- with nothing installed.

Works ok for most apps. But strobes on all pages with Big Fish Game Forest's Gummy Drop game.
