Do not buy this laptop! It’s a hunk of junk. Barely works half the time and runs super slow. Tried everything to fix it to no avail, and now i’m stuck with this piece of crap

Highly disappointed with this product. It was a graduation gift that didn’t last her a month.

It's light weight! It's pink! And it works really well. Keep in mind, it's not for gaming or major multi-tasking type things. I mainly use it to web surf and to pull up recipes in the kitchen. But it works great for small tasks and surfing. And it's soooo light weight and easily portable.

The HP 14" laptop wasn't able to open an app & navigating around was more than just slow. Returned it the next day & purchased an Asus ExpertBook.

Brought this item as an open box product item never worked properly and return period was shorten than an traditional item so I I just loss out on money I was suggest to not purchase open box items as the quality is not verified.

Great for basic tasks if getting a chromebook isn’t going to work out. Very durable. Get it on sale.

It works good. Would not recommend for business users. But really good for small projects.

Maybe it was defective, but this laptop was glitchy from the beginning, extremely slow to logon extremely slow, tune, respond to commands. It was so bad that I decided to ship it back, and I couldn’t even get it to factory reset because everything was so slow.

Very limited memory, continues to stop, restart. Returned and the new model has the same issues. For an HP, this isn't worth the money...

This laptop is the worst laptop I ever bought. Very slow if open more than one tab. material is poor and fragile. I liked the blue color though.

This computer doesnt work even half the time. Tried updating everytime itd have an update and it keeps getting slower and slower. Ive only had this computer for like 6 months and it worked for maybe a week.

The computer exhibited poor quality, with subpar performance and reliability issues, falling short of expectations for a functional computing experience.

It works perfectly for my online classes, which is all I use it for.

I love the color. It is very basic in its functions still it works well for it’s price.

I bought this laptop not even a month ago. I haven’t been able to use it because it’s so slow. Anything you click into takes forever then never loads. Waste of money.
