This computer doesnt work even half the time. Tried updating everytime itd have an update and it keeps getting slower and slower. Ive only had this computer for like 6 months and it worked for maybe a week.

Being new to technology, i did not have assistance in my purchase, & with great regrets thats the reason for low rating. Keyboard doesnt light up...... Very disappointed. Didnt know what to look for, but no store reps to assist in my questions & help with purchase. Waste of $211.00.

Good reasonably priced laptop. Does baic stuff. If you expect more..pay more

Quite slow. After the first week it was almost unusable with how slow and laggy it is

Works for what I need. Basic simple browsing and working on documents.

Didnt even have enough memory to turn on. When i brough it back even the employee didnt question it. They tried to get it to load a log in screen and it would not. Do not waste your tine on this one

Did what it was supposed to do, but stopped working after a year. Won’t charge and warranty expired.

Bought this for my nephew's birthday and it has given him problems to load the page since day one. Unfortunately because of work i hadn't been a le yo return it and now its too late. It sucks, dont buy.

It's a good product. Price,speed,battery life and efficiency.

This is probably the worst purchase I have ever made. It absolutely will not load anything when searching the internet. Worst part is they only give you 14 days to return if you are not satisfied. Not happy at all.

I hate to say anything negative because I love HP products and bought and enjoyed several laptops through the years. But this model was a major disappointment. Its slower than molasses.

I bought this laptop not even a month ago. I haven’t been able to use it because it’s so slow. Anything you click into takes forever then never loads. Waste of money.

This laptop was an excellent price and was easy to set up. The screen is a great size for Zoom classes! It was such a great deal that I purchased another one.

Good computer, but caps lock randomly turns on by itself

I ordered it through pickup and it was no problems. Ideal laptop for college student. Slim and not heavy. Beautiful color too. Only problem is if your looking for more space than given, you would have to purchase space.
