Not even a month old an screen went black an occas

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer for my mom who is elderly an only uses it for zoom and Facebook lol but I bought it at end of June to give to her on her birthday an at first was great but now the screen went black an just flashes every once in awhile , it’s of course a little bit past the 15 day return time , obviously defective but looking at reviews I see others had same issue. I hope they will exchange or something because I didn’t have 200 dollars to just throw away . I mean come on it has not even been a month since bought it .

This laptop has less computing power than an old white dog poo in the yard
