    Overall I am a fan of HP products. This particular computer is not a good one. I understand that this computer is for basic use, but it was unable to do that. The computer needed to be rebooted multiple times, zoom via Internet browser does not work, and there is a lag time when using the keys. I ended up returning it and getting a different HP

    Not what I expected. I needed a laptop as a backup to my Apple MacBook Pro. I figured, hey this should work for Word, email, cerfing. Probably, but I'm so used to the intuitive Apple that six steps to do one thing made me crazy. And way too much learning curve to "just simply" click or move or touch etc for me. Plusses: It seems faster than I was told it would be (but then again, it's brand new) and battery seemed to last ... good screen and brightness.

    Got it for a discounted price of $180. Noticed that there is a small delay between typing and the letters appearing on the screen. Otherwise i'd say its worth its price. I got it for my little brother for school and the color is never cute. Would not use it for something serious though

    The worst laptop I have ever owned. I did not start using it until after the 30 day return period, which I regret. In the middle of a search the screen will turn black. It takes forever for a website to load. I think I was sold a refurbished unit by mistake. Do not buy!!
