Got this for my 15 yr old. He wanted a gaming computer but I’m not paying that much for one. It’s not the best but he still enjoys it a lot.

I'm not sure how this thing has so many great reviews. The first thing I did after unboxing this thing and powering on was go to the default browser, Microsoft Edge. The browser was immediately unresponsive and I had to quit it. A few more attempts and I gave up on Edge for Chrome. Installing Chrome was a nightmare because I had to download the installer through Edge which crashed multiple times as I attempted to download Chrome. Once I finally downloaded Chrome, I opened a window and was greeted by yet another unresponsive page. Maybe I'm just used to more expensive machines, but this thing has the computing power of a toaster. I guess I should not have expected much from a sub $200 laptop, but the reviews led me astray here. If it cannot handle basic browsing straight out of the box, what is going to happen down the road when I have 10 chrome tabs open? Everything about this machine is slow. I do like the design and weight though. Returning immediately.

Good laptop for the price. No issues getting it setup or working. Keyboard feel isn't great, feels somewhat cheap, but I'm used to a full keyboard and I can still connect that via USB.

This HP laptop comes with Microsoft Office 365 so I was able to cancel my $99.99 annual Microsoft subscription! This laptop is white. I think it looks nice on my desk at home. My only complaint is that launching the browser seems to take too long.

It is light, thin and does everything I need and more. Very satisfied. Customer service was great from the beginning to the end of the purchase. Wonderful experience
