    Purchased in July2023 as a back-up work computer. Used less than ten hours, mostly setting up and loading my work files, etc. It has been stored in my bedroom when not in use. Looks as new as when I first bought it, but now it won't start up. Plugged it in to charge it and the charging light does not turn on. HP makes all these recommendations, but nothing works. $200 paperweight. HP, never again.

    Spouse purchased a different laptop that quit working after a few days. Much happier with this purchase for a few more dollars. Have had no issues. Would recommend to consider this product.

    The computer keyboard is nice and I love typing on it. However, the processor is really slow and has a noticeable lag. I ended up returning it because it was so irritating to deal with.

    Nice budget friendly laptop. This is a good laptop if you are just browsing the internet and using it for daily things or light work. Display is good sound is also good. No issues so far, hope it stays that way.
