Purchased for my niece. She loves it, 9 years old.

The computer is extremely slow. I can’t get work done at all and I just got it. I was really excited to buy this computer as it would be my own and I got it at a decent price but I’m highly dissatisfied. I needed the computer for school next year and now I can’t even use it because it doesn’t work properly. Sometimes it doesn’t turn on, it doesn’t open apps when I press on them or it will completely close me out of the app as I’m trying to work on school work.

I bought this HP - 14" Laptop - Intel Celeron - 4GB Memory - 64GB eMMC laptop for my middle school child to use for school work, but the moment we bought it, it was running super slow with 4 GB RAM. We didn’t install any other software and then we took it to Geek Squad. They said this is a poorly run laptop and shouldn’t be purchased. I am upset that the money got wasted on something so useless.

Does what I expected. The Geek Squad made the acquisition absolutely painless!

Great laptop, I really loved it until the point that I sat on the screen and shattered it.... FYI 600 for a new screen.... Yikes!

Dint expect much and you wont be disappointed. Can fo basic tasks. The screen is very grainy.

It does everything a laptop is meant to do, don't get me wrong, but the storage is subpar. You get exactly what you paid for, so...

Numerous problems too many to list in the 6-7 weeks oF ownership--Not hyperbole Locked up often This past week the screen cracked on its own as i was looking at a document -wasnt even touching it--Surreal Owned laptops since 1998, over 30 about 25 HPs-my first laptop purchase from Best Buy--THIS IS THE WORST- Was an HP brand loyalist, Now i am thinking i never will again i dont recall being this frustrated about a purchase this early, It started right as the 2 week grace period came to a close, Lots of thoughts about planned obsolescence and inferior components DO NOT BUY

I am having difficulty adding software. The administrator settings from the factory need to be changed.

Like other reviews stated, this is a slooooooow computer. I was hoping it was just a glitch, but I should have trusted my gut and returned it when I had the chance.
