    Trying to use this laptop is like trying to ride a cow down a freeway. Do not buy it. SLOW. No one should be making laptops anymore with 4 GB of memory. They are useless.

    I bought this for my daughter whos in highschool she needed one for her college classes and its been nothing but disappointing. Its incredibly slow i should have listened to the reviews and spent some more money.

    Do not waste your money. If you are looking for a fast computer or just a computer that can load up quickly and get apps going this is NOT the computer for you. It is extremely slow and often crashes if you open up too many things at once. It couldn’t even load up to Google without crashing. Taking it back EXPEDITIOUSLY. Bite the bullet and buy a $300-$400 I know this one is cheap but it is not worth the money.

    Great for youtube or email! However I would not expect performance or even use Office unless i had to. social media runs okay on it. Works about as a Chromebook. I have it set up in my kitchen to play Youtube or netflix while I cook and it serves its purpose well.

    OS takes up over half of the drive space. Out of 64GB I have 13.6GB remaining. 1GHz processor is extremely slow and I am unable to use this device properly due to that.

    Good laptop for the price, just make sure you download and install all the software updates before you use it. It will be really slow and glitchy until you complete all the updates.
