    If I could give this computer a Zero I would. I has the worst experience with this computer. I turned it on, set it up, and the next day it began clitching with no avail to turn back on. Returned it the next day. But I alo bought nother one and that one kept reading website not available, wait or exit. Not a good computer. The processor is extremely slow.

    GREAT FOR STUDENTS! I needed a new laptop mainly for school work. This works amazingly. It’s not slow at all. And comes with a free Microsoft 360. I love the color as well

    I have bought 3 different HP laptops in my house. They all are good but this one comes with the newest windows update and Microsoft 365 for a whole year. I love all the features.

    I love the color but have not been able to use it much as it has to continuously be powered down. It also makes a very strange "plastic" noise each time a button/key is pressed.

    computer was brand new but when logged into it was being slow. had thought it was a problem with the internet but after a couple days realized it was the computer. the whole computer kept freezing after trying to open any app on it. And took up to 10min to open and even then nothing loaded.

    I purchased this laptop for me to watch movie and do some documentary work on it. The only problem is it glitches alot and all of a sudden it just stops playing my video. So all i have to do is restart it again.
