This is a wonderful laptop for a budget, perfect for taking anywhere. Smaller than anticipated screen size for me but nonetheless great.

I made this open box purchase online. Picked it up in store. Made it home 60miles away and the computer was not reset. I took it back to be reset at another location. I was told it couldn’t be reset. So I left and took it back the next day to get a refund, the manager then said “this can be reset, who told you it couldn’t” so I waited 4 hours for the reset. Made it home and tried to connect to WiFi, well the WiFi hardware has been completely removed from this laptop. I just did. Refund online and I’m in the process of driving 60miles to return.

It is a good machine for the price you pay, the only defect it has is that the screen hurts your eyesight, which is why I returned it.

Nice touchscreen and clear pictures. I am able to be in class and look up information when needed.

So far, so good though I don't care for the Microsoft Edge. I've been a chrome user for many years.

They shouldn’t sell windows computers with these specs. It gets overloaded just by opening settings. DONT BUY. I had to install a light linux distro for it to even be usable.

Loaded so slow, Returned the next day. it was very light and visually pleasing. Couldn’t even download chrome.

It was a cheap replacement for a laptop that crashed 3 days before taxes were due. Not enough memory to do much….. We have since swapped all of our electronics to Apple products…..no more hassle with crashes, updates that screw thing up, long start up times, etc. Do yourself a favor and pay more for a mac book. Once you’ve switched to Apple, you won’t go back.

Purchased this for my high school age son who had broken 2 nicer laptops so I didn't want to spend much, this barely gets him by at school but you get what you pay for

Got this for my daughter for college. She said it’s been really good and the speeds are good. Just wished it was a touch screen but you can’t please kids

I purchased this laptop for my kid for school but it was always lagging and slow. I had to retun it. Not sure wht could it be used for but its super slow.

Bought graduation gift for nephew. The blue laptop looks so good. He loved it. My boyfriend bought my the snowflake white one and I love it. So I knew this was a great buy for him since he is starting college. It was easy to zoom call easy, check emails, do my taxes, do my school work and print all my stuff.

Wish the keyboard was larger and had number keypad to the side but such is life

Nice laptop, even though it seems like it's not compatible with cricut design space, which is the reason for the new laptop.

The laptop was so slow I almost fell asleep wanting for an app to load. I took it back and the salesperson was very understanding and took it back was no question asked.
