Great laptop! Though bought and gave as a gift to a family, have not received any complaint about it but good report!

The laptop was so slow I almost fell asleep wanting for an app to load. I took it back and the salesperson was very understanding and took it back was no question asked.

I just got this laptop today and it is already freezing and taking 5 minutes to even open an app. I knew a cheap computer would have glitches, but this is unbelievably bad. Seriously considering returning it as I don’t think it is usable at this speed. Maybe I just got a dud, but I am not impressed. Yikes.

This laptop looks nice but it’s pretty much useless. I was trying to get my Remote Desktop set up to work from home (for a mid size law firm) & the IT professional could not even remote in to this laptop to install VPN because there’s not enough power to even allow that. I was told it’s basically just for web browsing . I purchased because there were so many good reviews but turns out , it will not work for me at all. I’d recommend checking with IT first to make sure a laptop will be acceptable to work from home . Also, I’m not a computer guru by any means.

Had this laptop for one day and returned it. While it looks nice, and I love the white color, it was relatively slow when navigating through webpages.

Love the laptop, it is compatible and has plenty space for what my daughter needed it for. We are completely satisfied with it.

Although its cheap, its a terrible product. I've been trying to login to my email and attach a focument for 20 minutes. Its way too slow amd is not functional even for the most basic tasks. I boufht it for emails and work documents only and its terrible.

This computer was a cheap greatly priced laptop for what I had to do with it but honestly I wish it would’ve had a little bit faster firmware I’ll always be a Best Buy customer though

Good price for a simple student who needs a basic computer for school, online videos and zoom and not much more. Good price for the peice.

I love the first off. It’s very easy to use and lightweight. This device fits right into my backpack.

Do not get this if you are trying to use it for school!! I bought this for my kid to use for kindergarten online but it is super slow, screen is constantly zoomed in and is hard to get it zoomed out. When my son tries to join his live online classes it makes it choppy or we cant hear any audio. It also is super slow.

Love this laptop! Can't beat the price. It's fast, lightweight and durable. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

It's worth the money for a cheaper school laptop. I'm using it for ceu classes. I also search the web on it, e-mail ect. It is good for those purposes.

For those trying to find a cheap laptop, avoid this one. The processor "Intel Celeron" is slow, so slow you couldn't watch a Youtube video or check your email. It was not even able to open up documents on Microsoft Word or Google Drive, defeating the whole purpose of having a work computer. The computer is also made of plastic which feels cheap to the touch. Avoid at all costs!
