    Overall I am a fan of HP products. This particular computer is not a good one. I understand that this computer is for basic use, but it was unable to do that. The computer needed to be rebooted multiple times, zoom via Internet browser does not work, and there is a lag time when using the keys. I ended up returning it and getting a different HP

    Probably the worst laptop ever. Haven’t even had it a week and the caps lock turns on and won’t turn off all on its own. The keyboard doesn’t work half the time. The mouse pad doesn’t register ever. When you click on something online it’ll open a whole new browser instead of just a tab. It’s the worst and I can’t wait to return it.

    Returned it. Not powerful or fast enough to do anything. Got slammed with ads and pop-ups before I could even think about doing a thing with it. I knew it was cheap, but figured it might be good enough for taking notes and getting online. Nope. Don't waste your time or money on this one. Spend a little more money for something that works.
