    Wanted a basic laptop for my kid but this thing hardly functions. It’s so slow for even basic tasks causing frustration every time. Best Buy has such a short return window and accessing support will cost more than the laptop did so I’m now stuck with a non-functioning laptop. Such a bummer!

    You cannot download anything. It’s strictly a laptop to watch shows/movies. The space is full, and the hard drive can’t be upgraded, due to the fact that it is built in to the motherboard. I wish I would have known before I bought it.

    Picked this up this afternoon, and back it goes in the morning. This is, without question, the slowest machine I have ever experienced. HP should be ashamed marketing the disappointing laptop. I have the distinct impression that Windows 11 was put together by six committees who never bothered to talk to each other. It is a mess.

    Computer just slow. Wanted it just for all my photos i have & lets just say i need to find a better one. Tried returning and was told no eventhough i was going to switch out for a faster one., now just stuck with a computer i think my kids chromebooks are fatster smh Just to think first time customer too.

    It is slow and Microsoft edge is annoying. It will not allow me to download or use CHROME or Duck Duck Go!

    I can't even get the thing to load a webpage in less than 30 seconds. It somehow maxes out it's CPU usage just by having Edge open. This garbage isn’t even worth $50, let alone the nearly $200 I stupidly spent on it.
