    Horrible thing was so lagged and slow I couldn't obtain internet to load or even do windows settings. I would never accept this thing even free is how bad it was. The mouse lagged just from the touch pad moving around. Control alt delete pulling up the task bar got the (not responding)

    The performance of this laptop is terrible. Extremely slow even trying to get on Google. Don’t buy this it’s a waste of money.

    Stay away!! Cheap piece of junk. Super slow. It runs like a 10 year old laptop would. Spend a little more and get something that will actually work. Keep in mind i only use it for YouTube and online shopping.

    This is the worst laptop I've ever used. It's extremely slow and lags. I can barely get anything done that i need to like basic word documents or e-mail. I wish I could return it but unfortunately Best Buy doesn't give you much of a grace period for returns.

    HORRIBLE! Do not buy this laptop. It was moving soooo slow when I first got it. It is so dim with the brightness all the way up! Now it takes me at least 3 minutes of holding the power button just for it to come on even if I didn’t shut it down. 0/10 DO NOT recommend
