    Not a bad laptop. I just expected a bit more. It would work great if it’s just for schooling/research. I played Sims 4 exclusively on it, and it worked great for a few weeks. After a few weeks, the game stopped working entirely on the laptop.

    Slow as sap. No operations or owner's manual. Difficult to download other search engine or browser .A complete waste of money. Wanted to return it, but needed it for a series of Zoom meetings. Now I'm stuck with it.
