    Maybe it was defective, but this laptop was glitchy from the beginning, extremely slow to logon extremely slow, tune, respond to commands. It was so bad that I decided to ship it back, and I couldn’t even get it to factory reset because everything was so slow.

    I bought this in preparation for going back to college. I started school two weeks ago. After using this laptop for two weeks it just stopped working. I never took it anywhere, have barely anything downloaded on it, it just stopped working one day. The screen flashes white and shuts off.

    Power button sticks, is not responsive at all. This laptop is very slow as well.

    VERY slow Immediately returned for a MacBook It connected to my internet but still took forever to load the web page. And no it’s not my internet as the MacBook I bought an hr later worked perfectly. So did my old and cheap Lenovo.

    I am trying to place an order, the call has been disconnected twice, with no return call. I am not satisfied at all. I also tried to price match, unable to do that as well, not allowing the price match to go through online. I am very very, dissatified with Best Buy Today.

    Purchased this for school but unfortunately i might not be able to use it. Since day one its been slow but it got better for a little then right back alow. I’ll be taking it in to see what’s wrong soon but overall bad computer.

    Purchased 11/6/2022, battery failure 7/21/2025: only works (and runs slowly) if plugged in, battery no longer charges. Average use 1 hour/day for Zoom meetings. Battery isn't removable/replaceable, not worth the repair cost.

    I love this laptop. It's perfect for my everyday personal uses. The battery life seems to be pretty great so far. The screen isn't huge but its exactly what I was looking for and the picture and colors are very bright and clear! It runs great.

    Bought this laptop not even 2 months ago 10/16/23 and as of 12/8/23 the screen is flashing white and will not power on. Never been dropped or water damage

    The screen lighting and text are super harsh on eyes even when you try to adjust it and not being able to look at the screen good just ruins the whole experience but battery life is decent and it will barely work if you like to download a lot of apps
