    Being new to technology, i did not have assistance in my purchase, & with great regrets thats the reason for low rating. Keyboard doesnt light up...... Very disappointed. Didnt know what to look for, but no store reps to assist in my questions & help with purchase. Waste of $211.00.

    Since I’ve received this laptop I’ve only been able to use it once with no issues Every other time it is EXTREMELY SLOW or won’t load the internet Says it’s not set up right for that task That’s NOT ok

    Moves slow- my 8 year old won’t even do her schoolwork on it . I brought it for my 17 year old for college this spring- she doesn’t want it. Will return it and get a better one. Very disappointing…

    The computer was too slow, but I meant Hey, call it to test Windows 11. Microsoft wonts to control what apps we download and what search engine we use. I'm not going to be forced to do anything. I'm going lynx.

    I ordered it through pickup and it was no problems. Ideal laptop for college student. Slim and not heavy. Beautiful color too. Only problem is if your looking for more space than given, you would have to purchase space.

    Worse laptop I've ever purchased. It was beyond slow, i got so frustraited with it I was never able to use it. I've since returned the laptop and even the guy at the counter could'nt get it to do anything.

    Didnt even have enough memory to turn on. When i brough it back even the employee didnt question it. They tried to get it to load a log in screen and it would not. Do not waste your tine on this one

    Its advertised as a CPU to be used for serching the internet ect.... nothing heavy.... but it struggles doing that... its very slow... it wont even allow you to check your emails at a consistent speed.
