    I ordered it through pickup and it was no problems. Ideal laptop for college student. Slim and not heavy. Beautiful color too. Only problem is if your looking for more space than given, you would have to purchase space.

    Worse laptop I've ever purchased. It was beyond slow, i got so frustraited with it I was never able to use it. I've since returned the laptop and even the guy at the counter could'nt get it to do anything.

    Didnt even have enough memory to turn on. When i brough it back even the employee didnt question it. They tried to get it to load a log in screen and it would not. Do not waste your tine on this one

    Its advertised as a CPU to be used for serching the internet ect.... nothing heavy.... but it struggles doing that... its very slow... it wont even allow you to check your emails at a consistent speed.

    For a brand new laptop, it sure was very slow. It took forever to load. It was too late for me to return it but I would love to return it and get a different one.

    This computer is garbage. It is incredibly slow from the beginning. We've had nothing but issues with the computer since day 1. I've tried to reset it to factory settings and it won't even allow that to happen.

    Great laptop, easy to use and fast. Display image quality is amazing. Not too big but not too small either. Plenty of spacce on keyboard to have hands relaxed to type.

    I’m actually considering returning this product. I do not like this laptop. The color is horrible, the keypad stops working sometimes, just very low quality all around
