It just deleted my os off the computer after I barley used it and it was working fine the time I used it and then next time I turned it on i couldn’t do anything not even get into the computer And I needed it for work and Sa’s screwed

The laptop is slow, I am attempting to use it for basic functions and even at that it does not properly work. I have had to restart several times in one study session when only using the internet.

This laptop worked for less than 48 hours. Extremely slow and glitchy. I couldn’t even turn it off. Disappointing but for the price, I shouldn’t be surprised.

It is a great laptop,i would definitely buy it again.

You get what you pay for. So buying a $160 computer ahy would i be suprised that it loads like a 1995 HP?

Was way too slow. I'm a pretty basic person and I don't do to much online. This was not enough for me at all and I had to upgrade.

The worst laptop I ever seen in my life, my high school laptop is faster than that and I got it 6 years ago in middle school

I love my pc and it was a great price. I spent less than $200 for it. My old HP I had for almost ten years so it stopped working and this one fulfills my needs as I am a college student online.

My main PC was hacked and I needed a computer to do my finances. It was adequate for thr job. Email was very slow in downloading. Bur for the price I wasnt expecting much and thats what I got. The Best Buy associate told me what to expect from the laptop. HE WAS CORRECT

I was not apprised of the celeron's limitations... it really is too slow for anyone but the most basic of users.

It’s was an open box listed as excellent condition. In about a month the screen went totally black it was after my return date was over. I took it to get fix and I was told it was a crack inside the screen that eventually went all the way though.

I needed a laptop for my work and I didn’t want anything too fancy or too large. I shopped around and found this to be the best value all around. Perfect

Horrible product. Does not work, basically you would be better off with a laptop from 2005. The actual worst customer service experience I have ever had. Basically they laugh in your face that you purchased such a cheap product and do nothing to help you. DO NOT BUY

I was never able to download the free Webroot software. I had a chat with the Tech Support and nothing was able to get resolved. Therefore, one of the reason I purchased this laptop never was able to be of benefit. Kind of a ripoff.

This laptop was so slow that it was unusable and I returned it. When I took it back to the store, an employee confirmed other returns for the same reason. Do not purchase this laptop.

Like the laptop but it crash on me an never work again

Screen faded in and out upon opening and turning on for the first time. Tried to return and was told that i had to let Best buy send it off to get fixed. Currently waiting on it to be fixed.
