    Extremely underpowered. You’ll end up upgrading it within a year and that’s just for basic email and web stuff.

    It does what I need it to do. The only problem I have is that the mouse pad on the laptop gets stuck so have to use a Logitech mouse wireless.

    Worst computer I've ever bought - returned it after 1 hour. Kept freezing and incredibly slow despite turning it on from new.

    I needed a computer for work and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. This HP laptop does the job very well. Yes, it's no speedster on the web, but that's not what I bought it for. I use it to write, make Word files, and watch the occasional YouTube video (and it works fine for that, even with only 4 gigs or memory). Highly recommended for an inexpensive, basic computer for adults' children and students.

    I purchased a laptop for my son for Christmas through Best Buy online. It was a very easy and simple process. I paid for the laptop and received an email notification when it was ready about an hour later. I drove to the store and parked in my spot. I informed the store I was there via text and shortly after, an associate was at my vehicle with my purchase. It was a great experience that saved me a ton of time.
