    What a great buy for my son who needed a new laptop. He really likes this laptop because it has some features that his older one didn’t have. Yet again, I still cannot understand why you require such a length response for such a basic product.

    I bought this laptop for school work and right before the semester started the laptop broke, took it in for repair and told me is was a broken part that was not worth fixing, my recommendation is to not buy any product from HP, they charge for almost anything including customer support

    Bought this and it was an expensive paperweight. Took over an hour to do initial set up, only to find that it wouldn’t run any videos from YouTube, and wouldn’t open any web browers, wasn’t due to my internet. Went back to Best Buy spent a little extra and am extremely happy with my other purchase.
