I was sent a laptop with someone else’s profile on it and it was scratched. Sent the laptop back and it was received in the 13th still haven’t gotten my refund. It should take this long for my money to go back on my card

Downloaded movies for viewing on plane trip. Worked fast and effective. Missed touch screen.

The laptop has completely stopped working and charging. It's a nice looking laptop. I'm disappointed because I gave it to my son for Christmas. And now the hard part, dealing with Best Buy for help! I will update as we move forward.

This laptop is by far the worst I have ever seen. What nothing saved on it new out of the box I could not even surf the Internet with a great high-speed connection. There is no excuse for that this laptop was completely worthless.

If you are wanting to do more with this product than search the web it is not a good product. There is no trade-in value either. It was a waste of my money.

Great for basic tasks if getting a chromebook isn’t going to work out. Very durable. Get it on sale.

Complete trash laptop! Do not waste your time. It did updates for the first 45 mins I had it on. Once fully updated, it can’t even process enough to open a webpage. It’s unresponsive and if it does actually reapond, it’s got about a 3 min lag time.

This labtop doesn’t work sadly brought for nothing

Computer came with the mouse not working, tried to take it back and the workers said a program has to be installed. How can install a program with no clip mouse? Don’t recommend.

I’m not big on technology! But this computer isn’t compatible with downloading anything. For instance, it came with a free virus protection system and I can’t download it. Then I tried downloading discord, I can’t download it. Returning!!

Good quality computer for what I need to use it for

Brought this item as an open box product item never worked properly and return period was shorten than an traditional item so I I just loss out on money I was suggest to not purchase open box items as the quality is not verified.

Good for general and she. Not the fastest computer though.

I would rate a negative if i could. Completely locked up and had to get refund. I was told by an employee, that the most expensive part of it was the case. Not worth the money not time.

DO NOT BUY. The worst laptop I have ever used in my life. Got it for my daughter for Christmas has not worked since 2 days after. Will not open any apps locks up and screen goes black then comes back on. GARBAGE

Poor quality. The screen broke within the first month.

Price is cheap but don’t let that fool you, the moment I turned on the laptop you could feel the cheapness. It’s slow and looks horrible for 2023. Save the money and get something way better for an extra 100$.

Smaller than expected but works well for a spur of the moment purchase! My laptop died right as my college classes started, and as a PhD student, I definitely needed a laptop. This gets the job done with no issues!
