    I would return this computer, but Office is already installed. This computer is constantly "not responding" or then closes out my tabs or just running slow. It's quiet frustrating, save your money and buy something else.

    All my laptops were stolen! The items were left outside after the UPS store closed. I wan t two day delivery but instead the items were ship the next.

    Not even three months old and I have to get it fixed due to an update that is apparently supposed to "better" my laptop?? Absolutely poor technology I've ever gotten and completely pointless.

    not satisfied with my purchase!! it came defected. cannot use the mouse pad i have to leave the aftermarket mouse i bought. when i opened it and realized it was defected it was kind of too late to return

    We ended up returning this laptop as it constantly disconnected from the internet, and constantly crashed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Windows 11 twice but nothing worked. The mouse was also very non responsive.

    I wasn’t expecting much when I purchased this laptop, but I’ve grown to really like it, especially at the price point I paid for it. I also love the blue color. I will say the display colors is where it lacks.
