    Basically you get what you pay for. The screen blacks out, and I have to continuously hold the power button to reboot the laptop which can take up to 20 minutes. This is a toy for a toddler.

    It is difficult to replace the windows 11S with Ubuntu having done that it is a wonderful laptop. It cost me $100 to get the OS replced but it was worth it.

    This laptop lasted me 6 months and now it won’t work at all. Automatically closes whatever I was on. Now have to try and find another laptop.

    Turned it on and says no hard drive found. Tried to contact HP repeatedly for help...couldn't get through. Tried to do factory reset and all...NOTHING works.

    Trying to work on LT was a pain in the neck. The worst part was when trying to returm wasn't able to due my returning time expired ( 14 days) which no one explained when i purchased it.

    Used it once it worked fine then went to use it again and nothing would load I wouldnt buy it again or recommend for anyone looking

    This is a complete lemon, don't buy for any reason. I bought one for my 5 year old niece and even for that it was insufficient. An extra $100 or $200 is worth not buying a paperweight

    Preforms great. I bought this mainly for streaming videos from the internet. I added an external Western Digital Easy Store Hard Drive for storage. The pair work great together.

    I purchased this for My wife. She uses this mostly for web searches, viewing videos online and keeping in touch with friends in video chats on Zoom. She's very happy with it.

    Looks great. Small and portable. But freezes often. It cannot keep up with large documents in Word, music playlists, or large PowerPoints. For example, when I stop a song on my playlist it just freezes and I have to close the program

    Has a lot of issues freezing, won't log in, wont go to sites you click on. Never seen an HP do this. I am going to return it.

    The Microsoft constantly crashes and freez all the time. Ive only had this laptop 3 weeks and the updates are ridiculous.
