Cheaply made. Not good for gaming. Bought item for child; very disappointing.

I am unhappy with my purchase. to my dismay i am not able to connect this laptop to my hp printer and may have to purchase another.

My 10yr old used it for school, it works perfectly fine. And he can play his games on it.

Waste of money. Terrible performance, slow, slow, slow. Keep your money!

This is very much meant to be a more budget-friendly laptop, meant for those who need the very basics without too much else. You won't be able to store much on here, so you will likely want to keep this as a simple work device when away from home. You could probably stretch this out further by uninstalling some of the apps it comes with, but even the essentials are going to take up most of your hard drive. Be wary that you may have issues just starting up the laptop for the first time. When I got to the Windows Update screen, the whole process got stuck and forced me to hard-reboot the laptop, which ended up restarting the set-up altogether. It eventually did go through, but it's a very glaring mark on this laptop. Another piece of advice is to turn off the "S mode", which forces you to use Microsoft's own store for all of your app downloads. I'm sure most people use a variety of programs, so you don't need your own computer telling you what you can and can't use. I've gone over the negatives I've found, but there are some positives. The laptop itself feels sturdy despite being lightweight, and the keyboard is large enough to feel comfortable typing on (in fact, I'm using it to write this review). Sounds and video have played well enough from my experience, and at the very least it can handle some light streaming. Battery life seems adequate, and will likely vary depending on what you're doing at the time, but if you're just checking emails you could probably keep this unplugged all day with no worries. As I said before, this is very much designed to be your standard work machine without the bells and whistles. You won't be doing much if any gaming on it, and it's best saved as an emergency machine or for something to bring on trips if you need something for work or with a keyboard. I would advise testing one out in-store before deciding if this is for you.

Worst laptop I ever purchased. Keyboard stopped working. Then when it did work, keys stuck and had to press them twice to get the letters to print. Slower than the 20 year old laptop I have now. Took forever to sign on or log in. Keyboard would not configure with laptop. External keyboard would not work with laptop. Bad choice on my part I guess. Never again.

Great price and works just fine. Just needed it for some online classes and it does the job.

It did not work it come on when it want to. And dose not work.

It was super slow and I ended up returning it. I ended up getting a google chromebook instead.

It is cheap for a reason. I do not recommend, especially if you want to use it for school.

Not working upon arrival. I was required to UPS it back to Best Buy before a replacent could be sent.

After 1 month, I’m not able to go to the web or open an email without a computer crash.

Bought this for my dad, he loves it. Simple, affordable. Looks sleek. Windows 11 is nice.

Wonderful Laptop ! Top of the line! Only thing that’s really missing is touch screen.

I like this the fastness of this labtop, and its a really good for school.
