The laptop great so far. But I did experience freezing.

This is hands down the worst laptop I've ever owned. I could not hate this laptop more. Bought it in 2022 and had problems with it right out of the box. I had to disable the touchpad and use a mouse since the touchpad would start randomly activating buttons if you even waved your hand over it. It's SLOW, and I mean unbelievably slow. Pretty sure my laptop in 1999 was faster than this. I'll be typing along and suddenly it will switch to all caps even though the caps lock isn't on. I'll also be typing along when suddenly any button I push pulls up oddball screens and the only way I can fix it is to turn it off and on again. Did I mention that it's SLOW? Like it takes a full 3-4 seconds for a page to load and I'm not exaggerating. No one else's laptops in the house take anywhere near this long to load. I don't play games on it or even stream videos. NOTHING. I visit websites and send emails, that's literally it. Just AWFUL.

Great laptop with at a low price. I love it and it works great for school.

I was really excited about this laptop however throughout the year it was really SLOWWW, I was only using it for homework, and it didn't even work for that. Recently it stopped working like the screen doesn't turn on at all! Like the light from the battery turns on but the screen just doesn't turn on!! Even though it was a cheap computer, I recommend just buying a 400 to 500 dollar computer instead of wasting money on this computer.

Fast. Suitable for my needs. If needing something for browsing, this is the laptop to get. Love that it's lightweight.

This is a good computer for what I needed it for, doing training for work, doing some financial reports, and creating documents.

I bought mine slightly over a month ago, but it's speed is slow. When I try to contact HP using the support tab, it doesn't let me. Occasional when I type, the screen blacks out on and off.

This laptop works great for my online schooling. Also works well for playing games!

I knew this was a low end laptop, but it is ridiculously slow. Even things like opening a word doc can take a couple of minutes. I like the small size, but it isn’t worth the money. The first one I had delivered and it had a broken screen. It cost me an extra $20 to exchange at the store.

You get what you pay for. It's a cheap laptop if you need one to do very basic things, such as browsing the web. It's not the fastest computer, but it does the job.
