I forget what brand I originally ordered, but it was damaged when she opened it on Christmas and when we went to Best Buy store to exchange, there was extremely limited selection and assistance,

This laptop is so cute, but there is nothing you can do with it. The speed is sooooo slow, I couldn’t even search something on the internet . Takes forever. Unfortunately, I’m returning this laptop. I wanted to buy a cheap one just to have for my social media. But definitely don’t but it .

Eh...if you just need a laptop its ok. However, if you teting to run a business, game, etc. I would not recommend. Even slow when playing youtube music

Holy @#$!, I don't know how this laptop has reviews greater than 1 star, because it is literally impossible to use. I got this just for the most basic usage you can imagine- typing things in Word and basic internet browsing. This laptop can't handle it. It freezes every other click and right clicking freezes the laptop to the point of having to manually power the thing off. I tried typing in the Edge browser and it froze. Every single time I tried. You're better off using a gameboy color for your computer needs over this thing.

Grate item low cost works perfectly good quality on screen is clear and the extra memory on a flash drive helps because you can just buy a flash drive with extra memory for 25 bucks

I use for school. Im on a tight budget and this fits my needs, i didnt really want to spend alot of money. I shop online & watch youtube too. imo decent speed never had a issue, coming from a 2010 lenovo too.

This is the excellent choice for main or backup use. The product is versatile in itself. Lots of features and programs available.

Works like a gem. Super fast, simple, crisp. I usually use Chromebooks but needed a Windows operating system.. this is exactly what I wanted. Had to kick out of the childproof version of Windows preinstalled but its easy to do.

Had to take it back to Best Buy! Had issues with it! Now i have a better Lap Top with no issues! The issue with this has nothing to do with Best Buy!

I bought it to ise for telehealth appointments for my youngest daughter. It let me set up an account but wont allow me to open edge or anything. Bery disappointed. Guess i will return it for my money back

Affordability was the main focus when purchasing this laptop; however, after the rxperience, i chose to invets in a higher qaulity laptop. I returned this the next business day. Function were very slow and lagging.

Bought for college grad school online classes, will do everything that I need. Quick and easy to set up. Great bang for the buck.

It is good for its price and light use. It is good for school use, not sure if it would be a good choice for college or university.
