This computer is great for my son for school purpose. I it a lot of capabilities like a Chromebook I would buy again

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Starts off decent but there is an immediate decline in the operating system speed, It lags when moving around the courser. Having a few windows open will make it delay when clicking on links, going back a page or even opening new tabs. Absolute trash to watch any type of video. I currently use it for my Online classes and honestly it can be a drag when you cant get things done right away.

My laptop arrived in mint condition and was exactly as described online. I am pleased with my purchase.

I love everything about it i can play games and do my work on it and the best thing is the gaming thanks putting this

Horrible laptop. I only used this for a home computer and it ran really slow. Took forever when you googled - anything for that matter. Checking emails was a challenge and that should not take forever to load. Our tech department gave this a thumbs down. I purchased laptops at this price before and it ran fine. This one is trash. Took it back as soon ASAP. DO not purchase.

My kid needed a computer for online schooling and this was in the budget. It works for our needs and if it breaks, it's not so expensive we can't replace it.

This computer is amazing its very durable and I finish all my assignments on time by the end of the semester.

Laptop wasn't bad, but did leave a lot to be desired. I bought it as a means to play a game after my last laptop stopped charging, this one was set for strictly Microsoft software. So, if you want to play something off of the Google Play Store, forget it. Trying to download anything not "Microsoft-verified", was a complete waste of time, and even trying to switch to Chrome would freeze everything.

Excellent Product! Would like to have had a CD/DVD drive.

Brought it aug 1 got it aug 3 n two weeks later wont even come on. Very disappointed. Not what i expected from best buy

I know I got what I paid for and couldve done better but i was hoping MAYBE it would have work worked amazing, boy was I wrong! Its so slow and laggy i couldve even click on an app without the little blue loading thing popping up next to the mouse arrow thingy. I am returning this immediately! Do bot buy it, not worth it at all!

This is the worst computer I have ever used. Half of the time it is so slow I can’t even use it. I have attempted on multiple different internet connections and it either won’t respond, or it is so slow it takes at least twice the normal amount of time a normal computer would use. I have never been so disappointed using a computer in my life.

The computer was slow. I do like the laptop and it is a good size to do work.

Wouldnt load full pages in the first day. Tried to update it and that took so long I had to give up and just return it. I dont care how cheap it is, it should still work on the firsr day. It also felt cheap. This is a lesson to not buy a computer based on looks.
