It does everything i needed it for with decent speed

Great buy! Clean and fully functional. Bought it used and was hoping I didn’t have any problems.

The computer runs great but I dropped it by accident l, not even a hard drop and the computer screen cracked on the first drop (never had this problem with other Hp computers) . So if you plan on buying this laptop make sure to purchase a laptop case and warranty since it breaks easily.

Very good price for a home use laptop. Works right out of the box affordable and no speed issues for using office products or casual browsing. Definitely not a professional programmer or gaming system but if you are looking for an affordable home or school use laptop you won’t be disappointed.

Painfully slow. Literally just right clicking makes it freeze up.

The computer very nice. However no charger was ever shipped with it. Then when calling Best buys customer service number zero help because they sent me to my location store which I received the worst help, the brought out and old cord. Not helper and the worst customer care ever.

Save up your money to get something better.. it is so slow and brand new out the box. Should be taken off the market. Really needed something affordable for work this was all i could afford and have to return.

Takes five minutes to open a edge browser, locks up constantly. My 5yr old cellphone is quicker. Bought for my kids and didnt realize it was this bad until i needed to use it.

I got this laptop last year for my birthday (rn it’s a year later) and it is one of the worst laptops yet.. It’s slow basically just worthless even chrome takes forever to load or just downloading something.

The worst computer I’ve ever used. It takes a year to connect to a website, if it even does…. I usually get the popup that says “this page is not responding.” I’m now stuck with this piece of crap because Best Buy only allows 14 day returns. Very very frustrated

Literally save 2-3 hundreds bucks more & buy a mac or a decent computer I can’t use this crap for just YouTube, really sorry computer, freezes all the time. It’s the slowest, I swear I think my old broken iPhone 5 works better

I got this computer for my daughter to use for her schoolwork/school games and it freezes all the time to the point she can barely even use it.

I just brought the computer as a gift for my brother. Once he put in all the basic information to get into the computer, he opened up windows and it cant even load the home page of windows.

Sucks!!! It has from the first day i got it, but i delt with it because of classes and now half the keys stopped working my mouse one side is stuck and the screen is messed up.
