I wish there was a rating lower than 1, this laptop is completely useless, I haven't been able to get it to even open a page.

This was a cheap piece of crap. Do not recommend. It froze constantly. I returned it to the store ASAP. I know that I shouldn't have expected much for the price but it wasn't functional.

I wasn’t expecting much when I purchased this laptop, but I’ve grown to really like it, especially at the price point I paid for it. I also love the blue color. I will say the display colors is where it lacks.

Basically you get what you pay for. The screen blacks out, and I have to continuously hold the power button to reboot the laptop which can take up to 20 minutes. This is a toy for a toddler.

This laptop lasted me 6 months and now it won’t work at all. Automatically closes whatever I was on. Now have to try and find another laptop.

Turned it on and says no hard drive found. Tried to contact HP repeatedly for help...couldn't get through. Tried to do factory reset and all...NOTHING works.

This is a complete lemon, don't buy for any reason. I bought one for my 5 year old niece and even for that it was insufficient. An extra $100 or $200 is worth not buying a paperweight

The Microsoft constantly crashes and freez all the time. Ive only had this laptop 3 weeks and the updates are ridiculous.

Do not buy this laptop. I should have listened to the salesman that said it his number one most returned item.

When I got this computer there wasn't much on the website describing what it was. I was able to get it and test it for a couple days. I will say that it took almost 2 weeks of constant fiddling with it for it to complete all the updates, get signed into all of the accounts that were important, and get it up and running. I originally got this computer for my son, unfortunately he isn't able to use it because it is not a touch screen, And for some of his school projects, it's much easier with a touch screen. I honestly didn't know they made laptops that are not touch screen...but I found it!! When he does use it, He's having a lot of issues using it. I honestly would return it if I could. It's pretty slow, and every update takes multiple hours. Other than that, it's a really beautiful white color, it does everything you need and HP to do. And it's the perfect size to work with or travel with. If you are looking for a cheap computer that will do the bare minimum, this is the one.

This computer just stayed frozen and would never run any of the applications.

I got this computer brand new; I had it only for 3 weeks and I had to take it to the geek squad because the update messed up the computer.

At first it was working good then for some reason i started having trouble accessing websites. I dont use it for anything too difficult.

Very disappointed. Crashed within a month. Garbage.

Great laptop for projects on a cricut machine and other simple task very fast good laptop for the price

I've used this laptop for maybe a total of 10 hours and the screen has stayed black the last hour of it. Its been so slow as well. I thought it might be my internet connection, but my 9 year old laptop had no issue when I tested that one out.

Wasnt sure of this brand but now i love it. Tons of storage and works great to keep up with all of my companies information
