I bought this for my daughter whos in highschool she needed one for her college classes and its been nothing but disappointing. Its incredibly slow i should have listened to the reviews and spent some more money.

I hadn't planned on getting a new laptop until my current one came up with kernal page error and then wouldn't open. So I immediately started looking. I love HP products and saw this one. Size and weight wise it is much smaller then my current laptop, which will make great when I have to travel. But small in size doesn't mean small in any other way. It has the same amount of memory and everything else that my older laptop has. And I have my bluetooth keyboard and mouse paired with it and that makes so easy.

I got this for my daughters 13th birthday. She loves how it is small enough for her to use for her school studies but also how she can play the cool card games on it. It has the amount of memory she needs for her papers and other school lessons.

Bought this laptop for my wife to work from home, she loves it. Turns on quickly and the apps open even faster. Has a processor the is just right for her job.

It is a little slow and after resting it it would be ok.

It got hot so fast, took forever to load 1 tab and wouldn’t let me download google chrome onto it. Do NOT get it. I bought it because I like vintage older style tech and this looked so cool but it did not work for school stuff and struggle to run things like excel and word

It’s slim it’s beautiful. The apps upload quick. I love the beautiful color. The picture quality is great. I bought these for my granddaughters, I wish I would have gotten one for myself.

I bought this laptop for College and it’s one of the best laptops I’ve ever had it charges very fast and the speed is very fast.

Too slow to use properly, especially for a child as each page takes minutes to load they start clicking other things, even opening the start menu is over a minute. There is clearly something wrong but I am not able to figure it out. I guess this is my punishment for buying a $200 lapotop and of course the return window is tiny I didn't even have it out of the package before the return window ended.

Love my lil' laptop, especially the fan i bought to go under it to keep it cool. Works amazing!!

overall for the price i have to say this isn’t a bad computer, but it’s not a particularly good one either. Right out of the box it took an inordinately long time to boot, it seemingly has a hard time processing basic functions like web browsing.

Excellent choice for being this my wife's first computer.

The laptop felt cheap, flimsy and slow. We looked at cheap ones and this was not even worth the cheap price

Nice LOOKING computer, however it's very slow with loading. It's like dialup. I just got this computer and so there is literally nothing on it aside from pre-downloaded apps. Would not get if you're a student looking for a cheap laptop for college.

The PC itself is probably Ok for what it is. However, you need to be aware that this computer does NOT come with a power supply or any way to make the computer turn on and work out of the box. You will have to buy your own power supply.

Out of the box, this computer runs like the memory is full. It is slow and download are only allowable through microsoft; outside downloads are blocked. You cannot change app permissions, nor use an outside antivirus. I bought this for my preschooler - to download homeschool apps, and I wasted money because after I took it out of the box, I let it sit for 3 weeks until it was time to begin... the return period was already expired by this time! The return timing is a money trap! Don't buy this unless you only intend to do that absolute bottom line basics.

The price was alright but I can't believe how slow it is

Super slow low end computer, would be good for first laptop for younger kid. Terrible for anything else.
