I love it but is a little slow sometimes to start up defiently would recommend this computer to someone who knows how to use them as they need to switch it out of S mode for it to work properly

Slow, cumbersome, requires significant force to press / click. Not able to handle several apps running simultaneously. Thought it would be a good travel laptop but it was below expectations. Even worse its power cord is not USBC and caused issues.

This is an amazing laptop. Slim.and sleek. Nice screen and soft keys. Perfect for on the go people or just laid back & relax people.

This computer is horrible. It’s runs very slow. It is not functional at all.

They shouldn’t sell windows computers with these specs. It gets overloaded just by opening settings. DONT BUY. I had to install a light linux distro for it to even be usable.

I love the color but have not been able to use it much as it has to continuously be powered down. It also makes a very strange "plastic" noise each time a button/key is pressed.

I absolutely love this laptop It’s perfect for what I Need on a day to day basis! It has the perfect amount of storage and I just love The color!

I purchased this laptop for me to watch movie and do some documentary work on it. The only problem is it glitches alot and all of a sudden it just stops playing my video. So all i have to do is restart it again.

size is nice, screen is clear, smooth key strokes.

I find it to be a very good and lasting brand and I have no issues with the purchase. I will continue to make my purchases from Best Buy they are quick and efficient.

I can’t give a rating for this kaptop that I bought because it’s a piece of junk. the staff didn’t tell me that this laptop is a piece of junk. I can’t even work properly because it’s keep on lagging . My manager already complained because i have so many work to do and my laptop just keep on lagging everyday and whole day bot even once it functions correctly

Not Good! Sooo Slow! Whatever I tried to do I would get a wait or exit message. I took it to the Geek Squad and they said. 4GB is like a flash card. Buy a computer with at least 8GB if I wanted one to work. It was after the 14 days I'd boughten it so couldn't return or exchange. I learned something. I hope you readers do before it's too late!!!

Works great for school work. There is no lag when operating Microsoft Office with multiple tabs open. I highly recommend.

I made this open box purchase online. Picked it up in store. Made it home 60miles away and the computer was not reset. I took it back to be reset at another location. I was told it couldn’t be reset. So I left and took it back the next day to get a refund, the manager then said “this can be reset, who told you it couldn’t” so I waited 4 hours for the reset. Made it home and tried to connect to WiFi, well the WiFi hardware has been completely removed from this laptop. I just did. Refund online and I’m in the process of driving 60miles to return.

Great laptop! I'm very pleased with it. It was very easy to set up too, I love it. It meets all my needs and I also love the color.

GREAT FOR STUDENTS! I needed a new laptop mainly for school work. This works amazingly. It’s not slow at all. And comes with a free Microsoft 360. I love the color as well

It is a good machine for the price you pay, the only defect it has is that the screen hurts your eyesight, which is why I returned it.

Do not get this if you are trying to use it for school!! I bought this for my kid to use for kindergarten online but it is super slow, screen is constantly zoomed in and is hard to get it zoomed out. When my son tries to join his live online classes it makes it choppy or we cant hear any audio. It also is super slow.

Love it. It’s just the right size and so user friendly and I love the color. It’s also so much faster that my old one
