I went in looking for a 2nd computer for my home and wanted to pay no more than $400. This computer was on sale for $320. To be quite honest, this has become my main computer. I love it more than my main computer. It boots up in less than 1 min. I don't use it for heavy processing, but it's great for surfing the web and using Microsoft products.

Great price. Easy to use. Would buy again. Perfect size.

This is a wonderfully lightweight computer, perfect for anyone who needs portability as a major asset in a computer. It's lightening fast and has the capacity I need. Thought the smaller screen would be a problem, but have no issues with it. HIGHLY recommend for Srs or students who need light weight in a hard working computer.

This is a nice little laptop. It's light and easy to carry around, has decent graphics and was great for school work. However, it just wasn't strong enough to handle my work programs. Especially if I needed to run multiple programs at once. There's nothing wrong with this computer, I just needed something with more RAM and CPU power.

This laptop functions best in Windows 10 S Mode, but I couldn't live without Chrome (since I use Android phones, and didn't want to be stuck with "just" a Chromebook) as well as legacy HP printer drivers. I tried a game or two, struggled with Hollow Knight, Dust: an Elysian Tale (both steam) and Asphalt Storm (Windows store) but these are integrated graphics, so no surprises here. (I formerly had a gaming PC, but have grown frustrated with constant troubleshooting of each part, and just need basic, reliable internet access. Glad I could afford an Xbox One, too!) As is, I can't complain too much, but Chrome will have you wanting a memory upgrade (which is possible but not easy to access), And the specs are frustratingly Not Clear about whether a USB C 3.1 hub will allow an HDMI monitor connection or not (apparently, video input Only works with a Lightning port, which this unit does Not have). There are docking stations, that cost 5x as much, that I have not tried. Order a flat right angle HDMI connector if you need an extra monitor and use a mouse!

My wife's laptop was not booting fast and when it does both up, it browses very slow. We decided it was time for a new laptop. After careful evaluation and reading reviews we purchased the HP 14 inch Intel core i3 laptop. The laptop browses fast, it's not bulky, and easy to use. My son is now asking us to purchase one for him. We'r are satisfied with this purchase.

It works even great then it cost. I got it for $249 and did not expect something greater then from midrange tablet … but was surprised ... It works fast ( thanks to SSD drive) and after disabling windows 10S Mode works without restrictions. Really recommend this model!

Our old laptop died and needed a new one. My wife needed something for home that she could use to create simple spreadsheets and search the web. This totally fit the bill and was price right. Would def recommend for those that do not need a top line gaming computer.

We purchased this laptop because many sites, including Ancestry.com do not display properly on our iPad. This laptop is plenty powerful enough to surf the internet, access what ever site we want to, and is super lightweight so we can sit in the living room watching TV and surf. Love HP products, very reliable, easy to set up and use. Highly recommended.

It is a good computer good specs I just would like it with more ram 8 instead of 4. I got my son one similar on 2018 black Friday at bestbuy in Virginia and came with 8 gigs and everything else is the same specs as this one ad only pay $269.99 back then.

Can beat it for the price. It’s got an i3 which lets you do basically whatever you want in a laptop of this size and price point. Obviously no hardcore gaming. But it’s great for running Office, transcoding movies, playing retro games through emulation, web surfing, YouTube, tons more stuff it can handle. Its got great battery life, I always have it on maximum performance. The screen is good too, it’s glossy and crisp. Good colors. My only gripe is that the the built in wireless is only N. It really should be AC. Also it really needs 8GB of ram. Fairly easy to upgrade. I’ll probably upgrade mine soon.

300 USD for this machine is totally worth it, it's fast , light in weight, and had all good features which we use. no point buying fancy stuff which u are not going to use much like touch screen.

This is a very slick laptop. It is portable and has quite a good display. the solid sate drive makes run even smoother. I will advise upgrading the memory to at least 8GB.

I bought this laptop to replace an older outdated laptop. I love the the smaller size and how light weight it is. Perfect my my home office needs and it was a great price.

The HP - 14" Laptop is a great value. My former computer had a problem with some of the keys so I bought a remote keyboard but that also ended up with problems. I needed something right away and was not looking to spend a lot of money. This was a great choice. I have had no problems, the keyboard is easy to use and I can easily see without my glasses. A larger screen would be nice but the 14" works fine. The speed is good and storage is more than enough. I recommend to anyone looking to buy an excellent computer at a value price!

I was hesitant to purchase this first because it has the S mode of windows 10. After setting it up, though, I realized that Windows S made this piece faster and more reliable. Everything is fast. The aesthetic is slick too! I love how thin the bezel is. The downsides are the placement of some keys on keyboard. I am accustomed to pressing the far right to delete inputs but then the keys in the last column there are for navigation. So it takes a little time getting used to. Also the screen is not at par at today's standard: no ips and only HD resolution.

I was looking for a newer, more up-to-date laptop that didn't break the bank! This model is just that. Sleek, fast and so far very dependable. That's what I needed in a laptop.

I really liked my new computer. It's easy to use, it has camera and great price. The size is amazing and isn't too heavy.

Bought this on sale, was a great price for the specs. I had an older laptop by HP and didn’t have the SSD, love the speed! Very pleased with my purchase.
