I was do for a new laptop with all the updates it made old laptop very slow and outdated.

Purchased online and was pleased it was available locally.

Not enough RAM to do anything with. Low storage space. The only good thing about it was how lightweight it was.

Colors are not bright. Keys are not a smooth click. Decent for the price

Poor battery life amd screen quality, battery drains even when not in use.

Very user friendly and easy setup. Bought for my partner and she has been loving the accessibility and features

Bought this with the understanding it would be good for games for my 13 year old son. He downloaded one game and it maxed it out. When i was there i specifically asked and was told it would be perfectly fine. I understand it was a lower model but just needed something for him that was simple that he could use to play a few games on.

I've been wanting a laptop for a long time. I thought I couldn't afford it. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

It’s durable easy to use device . I bought it for my personal use few years ago this one I purchased for my niece .

Bought for my daughter for school The mouse pad glitches a lot set up was somewhat annoying

Its not a bad laptop. I dont have alot on it and it runs slow. Running windows 11 too.

First of all, i couldn't actually get into the computer until I set up a windows account. The updates took 28 hour to complete the updates, WHY??????? Just to get into the machine I had to set up a windows account, why would I need to go through an additional number of hopes I have to give out even more information and have to maintain a whole other account , and I wasn't enthusiastic about setting up in the first place. The system layout makes absolutely no sense. I've tried setting up a password twice and both times it just sent me to a random youtube video. I tried looking for an instruction manual on the computer and it literally sent me to a website. Would it be too much to ask to have the owner's manual on the computer for offline use. It was a black friday deal, let's just say i'm getting what I paid for.

It was fast and easy to buy whit my phone and received at home so quickly

It glitches here and there but i think its because i turned off the s mode

excellent value, does the job I need to do, and sales agent although tried to step me up to a more expensive one.

if you need a mediocre laptop, this is definitely one of the options. not much else to say
