    First of all, i couldn't actually get into the computer until I set up a windows account. The updates took 28 hour to complete the updates, WHY??????? Just to get into the machine I had to set up a windows account, why would I need to go through an additional number of hopes I have to give out even more information and have to maintain a whole other account , and I wasn't enthusiastic about setting up in the first place. The system layout makes absolutely no sense. I've tried setting up a password twice and both times it just sent me to a random youtube video. I tried looking for an instruction manual on the computer and it literally sent me to a website. Would it be too much to ask to have the owner's manual on the computer for offline use. It was a black friday deal, let's just say i'm getting what I paid for.

    Its great for entertainment purposes and talking to friend or interview for jobs. Its just more on the slow side when you doing multiple things at the same time so I wouldn't use it much for work. Much be better for school
