Very nice, inexpensive laptop that has done everything I need it to do.

Very easy to set up. I don’t like the fact that additional items all have to be digitally downloaded but still grateful for them. Easy purchases received just as quick and great value for what I paid!

work good does what i need it to do operate if i ever need any other electrons best buy is the best place to get what you need the geek squad are very good at doing their job. next i am going to price a shredder .

This was a great product to purchase. I was able to get it as a gift for someone who doesn't own a laptop. I wanted to get something that was manageable and reasonably priced.

Easy to set up and so lightweight. Perfect to run around with!

So far its serving the purpose it was intended to. I'm not impressed with Windows 11, though. I'm going to be changing the settings so my preferred browser can be accessed and the taskbar moved to the right side. Once this is changed it cannot be undone. Js

It was hard to initiate because the HP would not recognize WiFi. I have and had lots of devices, but this was the worse to setup. After about two hours everything can of fell into place. It is hard to not to tap the screen, but we are getting use to it.

Take a few minutes to power up and get all of the programs loaded. Yet, once it’s up and running it’s delightful. It could use a longer battery life but it’s satisfactory.

This laptop is perfect for student who just need it for Microsoft office. It's a bit slow and screen not crazy resolution but perfect, lightweight if you need it for small tasks.

I like Hp products and this is very good and it comes with microsoft office software for a year included!

its a good pc not too powerful but it gets the job down. i got it to play steam games and it can run certain games but others it struggles.
