overall good computer. works well for basic tasks

Would not run the programs I needed it to run even though the memory should have been enough. Not a bad laptop just did not work for my needs.

I've had this laptop for 3 months now. I've only used it for looking up stuff for my games. i play on my switch like maps for TOTK . But this laptop overheats in less than 5 minutes as soon as you turn it on. I cant can't even get the web browser pulled up before it's super hot, and I've tried setting it on a different surface with or with the charger and even having it proped on my legs with a gap for air flow. NOTHING WORKS it always overheats. Which then causes it to run slower. My advice it to spend a little more and get a better quaility laptop.

I've only been able to get onto this computer one time and it took me hours... i had to go through so much. I tried again a couple days after the first day I got it and I haven't been able to log back on since. It looks very nice and pretty but either I got a bad lemon or something.

I will preface that Best Buy is amazing and has no control over the quality of HP and its products. That said, I am a huge HP fan and predominantly own HP laptops. However, I feel that I need to post a review for this product to warn others before they make the purchase. The price was very nice for those tight for money. But what you get is not worth it. I live in a city and have high-speed internet. It took me 10 minutes just to log in to post this review; that is how slowly this laptop runs. I teach undergrad students and purchased this to grade their assignments when I am not near my fixed PC, and I am woefully disappointed that HP produced such a terrible product. It saddens me that individuals who are financially strapped for cash, like students, are led to believe they have gotten a 'deal'. Unfortunately, I am opting to keep this laptop, as it would take eons to remove my personal information, time that I do not have.

Perfect condition, amazing price, functionality is great… came with a six month anti virus as well. highly recommend

Great economical laptop. Love the larger screen and it’s light enough to carry to work and back without weighing one down.

It was hard to initiate because the HP would not recognize WiFi. I have and had lots of devices, but this was the worse to setup. After about two hours everything can of fell into place. It is hard to not to tap the screen, but we are getting use to it.

It is not bad for basic usage and is not suitable for work or coding or designing.

Got it for my wife. She takes lots of pictures. With 128 GB of storage, she will crop the picture and save them on lap top.

Bought this for my sons school work and it just isn't good. I didn't expect amazing results for being so cheap but it's very very slow. It doesn't load pdf files nor videos most of the time even with everything updated. It took like 4 to 5 hours just to update windows. I also thought and I don't know why but I thought 128GB would be enough yet windows took up almost all of that. Just save a bit more and get a better one.

I had a HP Chromebook for when I travel for work. Always had issues with it. This "Real" laptop works just as well as my home PC does! Good deal!

works pretty well. the only real complaint is that its super sensitive to my scrolling over titles/ items..it self loads items on its own. other then that im ok with it.

so far it’s good for just personal and for minimum work related, I really recommend if you’re someone who doesn’t do much then just do courses or send a couple of emails.

I love it. My son is able to do his college course without any problems.

It has enough hard drive space and it has all the updated software and can even add on if want to.
