Still getting use t o using it so no good or bad review at this time

Best for just streaming use. Business or schoolwork was difficult on this pc. Cannot download documents from browser and not touchscreen. Pc began to overheat and lag when on zoom screen sharing or when multiple windows are open.

Feels very cheap. Has a hair trigger and clunky mousepad. Not a big fan overall.

I hate this laptop. I have had nothing but issues with it since I bought it. If I let the battery die, it shuts off and a blue box comes up saying who knows what, then it wont turn on no matter how many times I click the power button. Then, after the 1000th time of clicking/holding in the power button, it will come on and be VERY slow for a while. I have always thought highly of HP, but I will not purchase another one. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to get a good laptop, because this one is not it.

When I received the package the computer stated excellent condition, but when I pulled out the lap top out it was dirty. Had crumbs of food and when I opened the actual laptop it had tape as if someone had taped their passwords or papers to it and had human hair as well. Not good for a product you expect to be clean at least.

Item is unusable. Cannot open any apps, battery lasts 45 minutes, and it cannot load any searches. This product has since repurposed to become an art peice sitting in my desk drawer.

Too SLOW. For me, not user friendly. Frustrating. I returned it (even tho it was pretty!!)

My rating is poor due to the lack of knowledge of the salesman. They stated I needed to buy additional software which ultimately cost me an additional $90. I later found out after starting up the computer that the software is included free for the first year. I attempted many times to get a refund in the software that I still haven’t used. And they store and customer service were useless and did not care about my situation.

Didnt come with an internal driver :( my kids were so excited to get it up and running thought it was an internet issue now it's 3 days past return date and we have 3 computers that we can't even use

This laptop was not what I was looking for. I wanted a more web based Laptop and I prefer Chrome to Edge.

Not enough internal storage. Very light weight and easily fits in a bookbag.

Install Windows Install the Internet Just install Bluetooth It takes more than an hour It doesn't work out either The next day, a different company Change It takes less than 20 minutes

I ended having to do a refund because my purchase came with a one month Xbox play code. Cashier never asked for my email or phone number. We do a refund and add in my email and phone number only to be told that the code will be emailed, I Asked when will that be, they said idk. I bought this almost a month ago and still have not gotten it. Disgusting.

Battery doesn't last long, the mouse pad is weirdly clicky, and its still pretty slow loading sites

Screen quality is very low. BATTERY is horrible !! Just not worth the buy.

It runs very weakly, I thought maybe it was the one I had before as I had one in Pale Rose Gold and I thought maybe it had a factory problem bc it didn’t have a reason to have high cpu usage a few days after purchase but the same thing ended up happening with this one.

It’s okay if you want to do very minimal with it. I got it for college but it’s very slow and the storage somehow gets full from just a few things!

The battery life on this laptop is awful! Waste of money and time.

This is a simple laptop for simple tasks and I found it plenty good enough to be a secondary machine for writing scripts/reviews or watching videos on the side. I like that it runs Windows (albeit in “S” mode) S mode can be turned off but I decided to leave it on and focus on using only Microsoft store apps and the Edge browser. Luckily it seems Edge has come a long way and pretty much syncs up the same way as Chrome as long as you’re logged in. I also like that it has CoPilot which is wayyy better than googling nowadays. Let's get into some of the categories… Performance: First thing I pay attention to is just how well a budget laptop can do simple tasks and this mostly passes. I can have multiple tabs open, video playing on the side, and even using CoPilot is pretty responsive. Where this thing struggles is RAM - it is usually at 80-90% usage and pages will often need to refresh even for a split second. Still whatever you’re working on at the moment will be responsive. Storage: You’re getting 128GB of storage however right off the bat the system eats up most of it - I only have 69.2GB free so that doesn’t leave me with much headroom. I’d recommend using cloud services for stuff like photos etc. Screen: The display is 14” and at 720P it's very average. Viewing angles are actually decent but colors look very washed out. Speakers: Plenty of volume and vocals come across fairly clear - there's some distortion but it honestly didn’t bother me much. Webcam: Webcam is honestly fantastic for what you get - perhaps the best I’ve seen on a budget laptop. My face looks very clear and I can even make out the details in my skin. This will be great for video chatting. Keyboard: While I can type very fast and accurately on this keyboard the individual keys have a ton of wobble to them so I don’t know how they will stand the test of time. It’s a fairly big keyboard and all your shortcuts are nicely laid out and labeled. Battery life: Expect only about a day with medium usage and potentially two days if you’re being super light. Standby is pretty good though so you can leave it and not worry about charging when you come back. Overall I’d recommend this laptop especially for somebody who might not be as demanding, but there's still some areas where I would have liked it to be better
