I bought a laptop June 13,2025 I used it maybe 8 hours and the day of the return dead line the screen has what looks like water spots on it. Now I pretty much just threw $150 away because they are saying I’m outside the window.

I am very dissatisfied with this product. From the moment I used it, it ran extremely slow, battery life is only about 3 hours despite the fact that I've had it for less than a month, and the limited storage makes it barely able to function with more than one app installed. Additionally, the extra keys make typing and gameplay very difficult. I would not recommend purchasing this laptop.

Had to return this laptop. As soon as you save anything on it, it gives you an error not enough storage space. I purchased a hard drive and it still didn’t work properly.

Not the best computer, but I can’t complain to its defense I tried downloading war thunder on it and that’s what killed it. It still runs. It’s just laggy which I have to delete war thunder off but it’ll be great for school

Stopped powering on after three weeks, unable to get quick appointments to fix

This computer is significantly slower for loading internet pages and booting up as compared to my previous HP lap top--but NOT as slow as DOD laptops I have used

It does what it can but if you have money pay the extra for a better piece. Over heats easily and is so slow.

I admit, I bought it for its looks… and because I wasn’t able to fix my main pc. However, this computer isn’t even feasible for an elementary school student. My last purchases on here make me feel like everything I’ve purchased was poorly refurbished even though it was marked as “new”. This particular laptop shuts down when it feel like, I can only afford to have either one tab or one piece of software at a time so idk how that can be overloading the system enough to crash… do yourself a favor and stay away from this one.

This is a simple laptop for simple tasks and I found it plenty good enough to be a secondary machine for writing scripts/reviews or watching videos on the side. I like that it runs Windows (albeit in “S” mode) S mode can be turned off but I decided to leave it on and focus on using only Microsoft store apps and the Edge browser. Luckily it seems Edge has come a long way and pretty much syncs up the same way as Chrome as long as you’re logged in. I also like that it has CoPilot which is wayyy better than googling nowadays. Let's get into some of the categories… Performance: First thing I pay attention to is just how well a budget laptop can do simple tasks and this mostly passes. I can have multiple tabs open, video playing on the side, and even using CoPilot is pretty responsive. Where this thing struggles is RAM - it is usually at 80-90% usage and pages will often need to refresh even for a split second. Still whatever you’re working on at the moment will be responsive. Storage: You’re getting 128GB of storage however right off the bat the system eats up most of it - I only have 69.2GB free so that doesn’t leave me with much headroom. I’d recommend using cloud services for stuff like photos etc. Screen: The display is 14” and at 720P it's very average. Viewing angles are actually decent but colors look very washed out. Speakers: Plenty of volume and vocals come across fairly clear - there's some distortion but it honestly didn’t bother me much. Webcam: Webcam is honestly fantastic for what you get - perhaps the best I’ve seen on a budget laptop. My face looks very clear and I can even make out the details in my skin. This will be great for video chatting. Keyboard: While I can type very fast and accurately on this keyboard the individual keys have a ton of wobble to them so I don’t know how they will stand the test of time. It’s a fairly big keyboard and all your shortcuts are nicely laid out and labeled. Battery life: Expect only about a day with medium usage and potentially two days if you’re being super light. Standby is pretty good though so you can leave it and not worry about charging when you come back. Overall I’d recommend this laptop especially for somebody who might not be as demanding, but there's still some areas where I would have liked it to be better

My laptop will not stay connected to the internet. The battery does not stay charged for long.

Nice for price, but does not have side tray for old floppy discs to play. They no longer make them, so had little purpose for our intentions

The computer desnt work wont connect to my internet. They telling me can't return it has been 30dsys brought it August 22. What scam!!!!

Beautiful color and all but the laptop itself is trash. It can be full and about 20 or 30 minutes later it’s low battery or discharge completely. The charger must always be near.

It’s a good starter laptop but I wouldn’t necessarily buy it again though.

Feels very cheap. Has a hair trigger and clunky mousepad. Not a big fan overall.

It’s cool just a little slow running. Good for now the price is fair

Didnt come with an internal driver :( my kids were so excited to get it up and running thought it was an internet issue now it's 3 days past return date and we have 3 computers that we can't even use

Best for just streaming use. Business or schoolwork was difficult on this pc. Cannot download documents from browser and not touchscreen. Pc began to overheat and lag when on zoom screen sharing or when multiple windows are open.

I hate this laptop. I have had nothing but issues with it since I bought it. If I let the battery die, it shuts off and a blue box comes up saying who knows what, then it wont turn on no matter how many times I click the power button. Then, after the 1000th time of clicking/holding in the power button, it will come on and be VERY slow for a while. I have always thought highly of HP, but I will not purchase another one. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to get a good laptop, because this one is not it.
