i don’t want to sound like a picky person nor blame best buy directly. but when i received my package the whole box was soaked in some type of liquid that smelled like windex. the computer was fine but the whole box was damaged and i left a review on the shipping company complaining about it and didn’t hear back from them

I don't have internet or wifi and I do not know how to make the computer work for me.

This is the sixth computer I've purchased since 1993 and it is absolutely the worst ever. MY $40 Android phone has faster and more dependable internet ability. Routinely takes 3 to 4 hours just to close a website page. (yes, HOURS not minutes). Save yourself some time and just throw $250 in the trash can. Would not recommend and will never buy another HP product.

The 4GB of DDR4 RAM helps things run smoothly, with no noticeable slowdowns even when I’ve got several tabs or apps open at once. It’s been a solid performer, and I can rely on it to keep up with my fast-paced tasks. AI Assistance with Microsoft Copilot: The addition of Microsoft Copilot in Windows 11 is a huge bonus. It’s like having a personal assistant available at all times to help me with everything from brainstorming new ideas to finding quick solutions. Copilot has been especially useful for organizing my work and offering simplified answers when I need them most. It’s intuitive and easy to use, and having it built right into Windows 11 has made my workflow so much smoother. Impressive Display and Design: The 14-inch HD display is fantastic for watching videos and working on projects. The micro-edge design, with its almost bezel-less look, gives me more screen space, which is great for multitasking. I can easily connect a second monitor for an even more efficient setup. The anti-glare panel is also a lifesaver for outdoor use, as I don’t have to worry about my screen being washed out by sunlight. This can also fit in small spaces or desks. Battery Life and Fast Charging: I have gotten anywhere from 8-11 hours out of the battery depending on what I am doing. I’m always on the move, and the battery life is a huge plus for me. It lasts through a full day of work without needing a recharge, and when I do need to plug it in, HP’s Fast Charge feature gets me to 50% in just about 45 minutes. This has saved me on several occasions when I’m in a rush and need a quick battery boost. Connectivity and Audio Quality: This laptop comes with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 wireless card. The audio quality isn't horrible for such a slim device. The dual-array microphones and HP True Vision HD camera are perfect for video calls, ensuring I always look and sound crystal clear, even in low light. Sustainable and Portable Design: Weighing just 3.24 lbs and measuring only 0.71 inches thin, this laptop is incredibly portable. I can carry it from room to room or slip it into my bag when I’m heading out. Worse purchase ever keyboard didn’t work it came jammed

Wireless card broken out of the box. Since I can’t get it to initiate setup I’m returning it.

Not a typical everyday use laptop, the laptop is very slow.

Did not come with a power cable, have to purchase separately.

I hate this laptop!!! Enlarges page whenever it wants & just did it while writing this review. Don't have to click on anything and goes there anyway. Does NOT have left click OR doesn't work!!! Performs mostly like the ancient Windows 10 I replace with this junk!!! DO NO buy!!! HP should be ashamed but of course they're laughing all the way to the bank. Sorry suckers, I'm replacing this one!!! New one coming better NOT have any issues

Just unboxed this. Runs completely slow..laggs etc. Return window passed so I'm stuck with this

this was a slow computer to work with tha had to eturn unfortunately.

This laptop is a good budget option for low power users. I picked it up for my young kids to use and learn on. I'd plenty fast for doing documents, internet or video. I wouldn't try to play any intense or newer games on it. Windows S takes a little getting used to app availability wise but it's not bad. It does allow you to switch to a standard windows but warns you there will be a performance hit and you can't switch back to S. The screen is nice, bright and colorful. The laptop is a little thicker and heavier than the premium models but I honestly like that for my use case as the kids will not take care of it like an adult and it feels like it's more solid than my other thin laptops. The battery is great. I haven't run it all day between charges but I could see it lasting for almost a work day, definitely a school day. I'm impressed with this laptop. Honestly for the price you can't beat it. I'm looking forward to having it even as a distraction for the kids to keep the premium laptops from being abused.

Super slow, very inefficient. I definitely did not like it, even though it was an older model, as it was slower than others at the same level.

Highly disappointed ordered a new one for college they sent me a used one and refused to return it, now I have to pay 100 dollars for them to try and reset it. Would not recommend.
