I purchased this HP 14" laptop for my 9-year-old daughter as a birthday gift, and it has been a great choice for her needs. The size is perfect—not too bulky—and the pale rose gold color is beautiful. She absolutely loves it. Performance has been solid for what she uses it for: school assignments, Google Docs, educational websites, Zoom, and streaming videos. The laptop starts up quickly and is easy for her to navigate independently. Battery life has been good and lasts through several hours of use without an issue. Overall, this is an excellent value for the price and a perfect first laptop for a child or student. I would definitely recommend it to parents looking for something affordable, functional, and kid-friendly.

The laptop is light in weight, and I love the color. The keyboard is smooth and easy to use.

I love my new computer! I got it so that I could type notes for meeting and make them very sharable to other people. I just needed something really lowkey and basic. I haven't had my own laptop for a wile since my MacBook broke and ran out of updates maybe 2 years ago. And so mu new computer gives me a little more of that independence that i was looking for. Not to mention, my husband and I bought it on sale for under $200!

Laptop works very well was easy to set up love the color

My experience making the computer selection and checking out on the Best Buy website was easy and swift. The computer arrived when promised. However; The HP Laptop was plugged in (as it advised) for two days (I was busy with many things), and the device had only downloaded 2% on the first day after being plugged in all day. I left it plugged in another day and it started to download more. I believe it got to 40%. I left it plugged in but unplugged it because I would be gone for two days. When I got back, I plugged in the computer and it started from scratch, all the previous download was gone. I will need to contact Best Buy after Xmas to see if they can assist me with this issue. I'm not sure if I would recommend the product.

This laptop is amazing. It is lightweight and boots up at an amazing speed..it is functional and helps you get the job done.

I think it’s a very good option depending on what you need it for. I need it for basic work and catching up on certain classes, so this worked out for me. I don’t really watch anything on it or even use it for anything other than work. I’ve written some paper on it and used excel and it works just fine. This also might be user error but it’s weird when it comes to turning it on, sometimes I click the button to turn it on and and it just won’t, then I have to press it for longer, so it basically shuts itself off. Battery life it’s not the greatest in my opinion, I do find myself having to charger it quite often, so it’d have a full charge and that might last me 3-4 hours. It’s also very lightweight which I really like because I carry it in my bag, and I have shoulder issues so I don’t like to carry heavy things, so when I take places it’s not an issue. Overall for the price I don’t think it was a bad investment, obviously you get what you paid for but I am happy about it my purchase.

This is exactly what i was looking for. Medium size easy to carry and works like a champ. I am constantly on the go and carry it with me everywhere. Easy to use s as nd holds a charge.

I love this laptop it is just the right size for at home use and i love the color and it is so easy to use for someone who does not know alot about computers or that has never used one much

The product is great, just wish they had more colors available as I had purchased the color I wanted online and it said it was available at the store. Then it turned out they only had two colors available out of like eight other colors that it showed online.

This HP is perfect for my needs. It's fast and reliable. This laptop will replace our HP all in one computer that we've had for eight plus years now. We appreciate the quality and reliability of HP products. This is the 5th HP we've purchased in the last 10 years. Our adult children took HP to College with them......4 years no problems. Overall this has been a great purchase for the price. The laptop is smooth, no delays, holds a great charge when off the charger and has been a nice upgrade from my prior computer.
