    A cute laptop but very slow and can only be upgraded to 8gb ram. The processor is slow and the ram is inadequate for windows 11 since windows 11 inhales system resources and you have almost nothing left to use for other programs. The screen is low resolution and blurry. Very dim and boring screen.

    I liked this product so much that this is my second purchase, about 2 years ago i got the Rose Gold for my self. I needed a laptop for work that was quick, affordable and portable.i like the how light weight it is because i do travel and fits easily in my backpack. This one is fir my daught and I will be getting the lavender one for my granddaughter.

    I bought this computer on Deal of the Day and it will be only used for TurboTax. My 15 year old Lenovo that was dedicated to TurboTax finally became obsolete because TT requires Windows 11 (it had Windows 10). Works well for what I’m using it for and so far I would recommend it for light tasks where speed and memory aren’t critical.
