Love this laptop for my mom. She uses it for zoom calls with friends and general online shopping.

I purchased this HP laptop and it works well for my needs. The only issue I see is that it is a bit slow to load pages.

If you don't need a high powered computer like for a young student good. A little slow, sometimes not as responsive as I would like but I wasn't looking for a gaming computer but one for work to answer emails and do some research. It works fine for that. Also got for a younger student and it's working well for her.

Just purchase this HP laptop has been easy to use and fuctional for my needs, I needed something simple and this meet my expectations, price was unbeatable

work good does what i need it to do operate if i ever need any other electrons best buy is the best place to get what you need the geek squad are very good at doing their job. next i am going to price a shredder .

This is a perfect laptop because it makes it easy to use you have access to Microsoft office but it’s also light weight it’s perfect
